Terms of use

Draft for the free pilot — pending legal review.

Information service

RentSnag provides general information. Rent statistics are historic NSW bond lodgements, not current asking rents or valuations. It is not legal or financial advice.

Private landlords

Listings must show a fixed weekly rent. Rent bidding, application fees and requests for excessive personal information are not allowed. Photos must be yours to use, and edits or AI changes must be disclosed. Listings are reviewed before going live.

Removalists

Quotes must be written and itemised. Participation is free during the pilot; any future lead fee will be agreed in advance and is never charged without notice.

Sponsorship

Featured placements never affect the Rent Value Score.
