NSW rules & fair housing
- Advertise a single fixed weekly rent. Don't invite or accept offers above it.
- Don't state a blanket "no pets" rule — NSW law limits when a pet request can be refused.
- Don't discriminate on race, sex, disability, age, relationship status, sexuality, carer responsibilities or other protected attributes.
- Don't charge application or background-check fees.
